Tupac was born in Manhattan and grew up there and in Baltimore before moving to California at the age of 17. Although he represented the west coast, he spent his early years in the east coast. Shakur had sold over 75 million records worldwide as of 2010, making him one of the best selling music artists in the world. He was a singer, actor, and Politician. Outside of his most incendiary critics, Tupac Shakur is generally perceived as a socially conscious artist whose political credibility is located in his lyrical critiques of racism and his mother’s membership in the Black Panther Party. Popular and academic writers have failed to examine Tupac’s distinct political ideas and identifiable activism. Drawing from interviews, public statements, and lyrical analyses, Shakur’s contribution to the African American fight against racism and injustice. Both of his parents were members of the black panthers party.
Tupacs death made a huge impact on society. Some people thought a conspiracy was happening because of Tupac wanting to join politics, some thought it was gang violence and some thought it was the 7 day theory. The Don Killuminati: The 7 Day Theory (Meaning Makaveli the Don - Killuminati: the 7 Day Theory, commonly shortened to The 7 Day Theory and sometimes called Makaveli) is the fifth and final studio album by Tupac Shakur. Released under the new stage name Makaveli, it was his first studio album to be posthumously released. The album was completely finished in a total of seven days during the month of August 1996. The lyrics were written and recorded in only three days and mixing took an additional four days. These are among the very last songs Shakur recorded before his fatal shooting on September 7, 1996
